Welcome to the SOHOMike Trouble Ticket system.
In order to streamline support requests and better serve my clients, I utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, the SOHOMike Trouble Ticket system provides complete archives and history of all your support requests. This provides clients with a way to track their issues, and lessens the distractions that come with multiple e-mails.
For tracking and verification purposes, a valid e-mail address is required to submit a ticket. You will need this e-mail address and your ticket number to log back into the SOHOMike Trouble Ticket system. A log-in link is provided in your e-mail confirmations, making it easy to get into the system to manage your issue's updates and review its status.
If this is an emergency situation, please telephone the SOHOMike emergency telephone number to leave a Voice Mail. This telephone number is not for 24-hour support, however is is monitored for urgent issues, and usually a response can be expected within a 2-hour time frame during normal business hours.
